"Neurodiversity Works has partnered with Volatus Unmanned Services to provide in-the-field opportunities for our neurodiverse students.  Our person-centered workforce development program is DEI in ACTION."

- Jason San SouciCo-Founder, Neurodiversity Works

This program offers the type of training and mentorship needed in the drone industry. To advance drone technology across all industries, it’s going to take many skilled pilots and other professional roles to keep up with the increasing demand.

Neurodiversity Works is proud to introduce a drone apprenticeship program registered with the US Department of Labor. This program will develop skilled UAS pilots and data analysts ready to work with industry partners such as Volatus Unmanned Services. Once accepted into the program, students complete an 12-unit UAS Certificate program at a local Community College or University. We then pair students with employment partners to complete 2000 hours of paid on-the-job training. The entire program can be completed within a year and move the new journeymen into the workforce.

JOIN THE PROGRAM

If you have an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot license, and would like to participate, the next steps is to complete the pilot application. Be sure to indicate on the form that you would like to participate in the ConnexiCore Mentor Program.

ConnexiCore is now Volatus Unmanned Services.
